This book is succinctly written and carefully illustrated with life examples. It may not be the last word on relational dynamics but it is by far the best book written to date. If you know you had a less than healthy family background this book offers the recipe for change. It has an accompanying workbook that is essential for getting the full value of the material. It does not address the issue of God’s design for marriage, nor does it explore the Bible’s teaching in any depth.
